okoHaus welcome Solarlux to our range
At okoHaus our focus, from day one, has always been to specialise in offering sustainable and high performance window and door systems to the market. Finding suppliers who truly align with our values can be a challenging process. We are therefore absolutely delighted to become a Solarlux distributor.
Solarlux are an organisation that shares many of the fundamental beliefs of okoHaus; only manufacturing very high performance, high quality, sustainable and beautiful products from their factory in Melle, north Germany. Founded in 1983 they turnover more than €150m and employ more than 1,000 people.
Traditionally their products have been in use across the globe, and they have operated directly in the UK market. Now, with okoHaus on board, they have a local market partner in Suffolk offering a full supply and install service, as well as the capability to professionally resolve any warranty issues. okoHaus will be supporting the Solarlux customer base at all stages of a project, from initial enquiry right through to the identification and resolution of any final snags.
The Solarlux product range includes aluminium and aluminium clad timber products and integrate seamlessly with true Passive House interface detailing, which can often prove to be a challenge with the bulk of window and door systems in the UK.
The range includes multi track sliding doors with slim sight lines, bi-fold doors and winter garden solutions. This broad range allows a greater sense of design freedom whilst allowing us to offer a complete package for even the most complex projects.
Performance wise, the products are able to achieve whole window U values down to 0.8W/m2K; truly market leading!
