Every Rationel and Velfac window or door has two key locations where you can find the details we’ll need:

• Inside the frame: You’ll find a small sticker with a printed code.

• In the glass: There’s a code etched or printed directly onto the spacer bar, between the glass panes.

Both locations contain the same information, so if you can’t find one, try the other.
