If you notice the gaskets on the bottom of your Rationel entrance door are catching or rubbing on the threshold, it is a common sign that the door has dropped slightly. Fortunately, adjusting the height is a straightforward task that you can do yourself.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Get Your Tool: You will need a 6mm Allen key.
Locate the Adjustment Screw: The height adjustment screw is located in the door hinges.
Adjust the Hinges: Insert the Allen key and turn it to raise or lower the door. We recommend starting with a quarter of a turn at a time.
Adjust All Hinges Evenly: To ensure the door remains balanced, apply the same amount of adjustment to all three hinges.
Test the Door: After adjusting, open and close the door to check if it operates smoothly without rubbing. Repeat the process if further adjustment is needed.
